ECAREA thanks our treaters for the February meeting. Following are some of the recipes.

OLIVE NUT SPREAD

8 oz. cream cheese
½ C. mayonnaise
3 T. liquid from olives
1 C. chopped green stuffed olives
½ C. chopped pecans or slivered almonds

Beat cheese, mayo, and liquid .
Add olives and nuts. (Note: exact amounts
not required. Add more if desired.)

Store up to 1 week in refrigerator.
